Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 Governing Law: Islamic Republic of Pakistan

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order on Haider Sports, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all purchases made through our online store.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on Haider Sports are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices include all applicable local packing fees. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on destination city and order subtotal at checkout.

3. Order Verification & Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute immediate legal acceptance. Because we offer Cash on Delivery without requiring advance deposits, all orders are subject to telephone or WhatsApp confirmation by our support department prior to warehouse dispatch.

Natural Cricket Willow Disclaimer: English and Kashmir willow are natural timber products. Individual bat weights (between 1100g and 1250g) and grain counts may slightly vary. Surface seam impressions, ball seam marks, and superficial hairline grain indentations are natural characteristics of willow and do not constitute structural manufacturing defects.

4. Bat Knocking-In & Care Guidance

All cricket bats must be properly knocked in with a wooden mallet and oiled before use with a hard leather ball. Haider Sports offers professional machine and hand-knocking services upon request. We are not liable for bat breakage caused by improper knocking or striking hard bowling machine balls with an unknocked bat.

5. Customer Refusal & Fake Orders

Courier delivery riders attempt delivery up to two times. Unjustified refusal to accept parcels or providing fictitious phone numbers wastes national courier logistics and may result in the customer's phone number and address being permanently blacklisted from Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Haider Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or sports injuries resulting from the use or misuse of cricket gear. Players are advised to wear proper protective equipment (helmets, pads, gloves) at all times during match and practice play.
